Please note that your order can only be cancelled before we have dispatch it to you (normally 12 hour). We have no way of cancelling it once it is dispatched from our end. If you want to cancel the order before you receive a shipping notification mail from us, please drop us an e-mail on info@vegoKynd.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Your cancellation request will be processed next working day. If the product cancellation is requested and it is dispatched from our warehouse, we will try to cancel the order, but the shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you choose to refuse the delivery of the product for any reason, the refund cost will be made after deducting the Cash on Delivery charges or Shipping Charges we incur to ship the product back to warehouse. If the return charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made
