Vegan carbonara

Ingredients

  • 1 box of mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • Nutritional yeast flakes (quantity according to your taste)
  • Vegan Parmesan cheese
  • Seasonings
  • Spaghetti

Method

Chop, boil and pan fry the mushrooms ,Boil the cashews

Add the mushrooms and cashews to the blender along with some pasta water, nutritional yeast flakes blend it all and the sauce is ready.

Mix the sauce with your spaghetti and add your seasonings (salt, pepper and chilli) and your fav vegan cheese.
