Oat Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup milk non-dairy
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1 banana
Method
Blend a ripe banana with 1 cup of rolled oats n 1 cup of your choice of plant based milk n that’s about it your batter is ready to be poured on the pan!!
Optional ingredients (to add to the blender):
Vanilla extract
Cinnamon n nutmeg powder
Add toppings of your choice.
